Contract

Before your session, a contract will be signed by all adult parties.  At that time your $75 non-refundable retainer fee is due to book your date.  Contract terms are not negotiable.

Model Release

In my contract a model release clause is included.  This means Armstrongs Images have the right to your images to use for my portfolio and advertisement.  However, if for legal reason you don't want your photo used, the model release may be slightly changed.

Editing/Retouching

All portraits includes lighting and color correction, standard skin smoothing.  Additional retouching services available for a small fee of $25 per image. And must be paid before editing is done.

Copyright

As per Federal Copyright Law, the photographer inherently owns copyright to all images.  By commissioning my services, you receive rights for personal use only.  Your images shall not be used for commercial purposes or competition use without the written permission of Armstrongs Images Photography, LLC.

Retainers

A non-refundable retainer fee is due at the time of your booking your session to hold your date. The remaining balance is due before your session. The retainer is to hold the session appointment only and is not refundable in the case of a cancellation by the client. A retainer may be applied towards one reschedule that takes place within 10 days of the original session date in case of illness/weather. We ask that you please call or email me at least 48 hours in advance in order to reschedule your appointment retainer fee to another date.  All no-shows forfeit their retainer fee.  If I have to cancel the session due to emergency and you do not wish to reschedule, the retainer fee will refunded.

Travel & Usage fees

A travel fee of $0.50 per mile will be applied for desired locations outside of a 25 mile radius of Oklahoma City.  If a desired location requires a usage fee or permit, this will be the responsibility of the client.
